Delivery and Returns
Our scarves and wraps are packaged carefully. We wrap your item in tissue paper, then gift wrapping if required. We then place it inside thin, lightweight but sturdy corrugated card. Finally your scarf or wrap is dispatched in a strong, waterproof mailing pouch.
We offer Royal Mail First and Second Class delivery in the UK
We aim to dispatch all orders received before 2pm on the same day. For First Class you should allow 2 - 3 days for delivery and for Second Class you should allow 3 - 5 days for delivery.
Royal Mail increased their delivery prices substantially on 2 April 2013. We still offer what we hope are transparent and value-for-money delivery options.
Postage and packing
Please note that free delivery only applies to addresses within the UK.
Orders over £75 are sent using recorded delivery.
We offer delivery to any country within the European Union - £5.95 per order.
We offer delivery to any country outside Europe. The delivery charge varies depending on the product(s) ordered but will always be between £5 and £10 per order (not per item).
We want you to be happy! If, for any reason, you are not happy with your scarf or wrap then please return it. We even give you 30 days and we won't ask for a reason (although you can tell us of course, especially if you're unhappy).
We will enclose a Freepost label with every order. Simply repackage your item and stick on the label. It really is that easy. Please note that this applies to the UK only.
Free returns does not apply to items in our Clearance section. You can still return the item of course but you will have to pay the postage costs.
We will refund the full cost of your purchase, excluding postage and packing.
The item you're returning must be unused of course and in the same condition that it arrived in. That's all we ask.
