We never use man-made fibres for our scarves and wraps. All our pieces are made from quality Cashmere, Lambswool, Silk, Linens and other natural materials. The only tiny exception is some Lurex in our sparkly stoles. 

Competitive prices

We know that every penny counts these days. We work with some great manufactures, mostly in the UK, to obtain wonderful pieces at reasonable prices. We are small and flexible and can make buying decisions quickly. So manufactures like us and offer us some great deals!

We don't have massive overheads as we don't have retail shops to maintain. So we can pass these savings on to you.

Safe and secure

Internet shopping has really taken off over the past few years. Our website is built using state-of-the-art technology. We never keep your credit card details on our systems. All payment is handled by one of the world's major card processors. And finally, any information you enter into our system during checkout is transmitted in encrypted form.

Product reviews

We have recently started to invite all customers to rate us on our service and products. We guarantee to publish every review no matter how we are rated.

We encourage you to review our service and products. While we hope for great ratings we really do act on issues raised. For example, we recently re-shot a product image to get a more accurate colour as a review suggested the photograph could be improved.

Transparent delivery prices and free returns

Scarves and Wraps strive to be open and honest about our delivery charges. We don't hide an expensive delivery charge until the checkout process. We don't have to as we offer free delivery (within the UK) on all orders over £75. Our charges on orders under £75 are £2.45 for Royal Mail Second Class and for Royal Mail First Class £3.75. And that is per order not per item.

If you're not happy - send it back. We really do want you to be happy so we offer a free returns service. You're welcome to exchange the item or be given a full refund (minus any delivery charges). Read more about Delivery and Returns.
